Gut alert!
Here's my gut December 17th, 2004 which happened to be the last anniversary of the Wright brother's flight in North Carolina,
Here it is now,
One would think being that I see it every day, I would have noticed the rise of a Walter Mattheau fold under by pectorals, however I had to put on the third pair of pants I'd thought changed before I realized it was me that had changed. Quick! An ungodly 25 pounds since late April. While cycling 5+ miles a day.
I'm tough on fat people, which is easy to do as my body is quite comfortable around 175 lbs. at about 6'1". Or was - I'm now on a prescription that has weight gain as a possible side effect ... and I've been eating tons of doughnuts.
So now, I have to walk the talk and lose some weight.
