Kentucky, South Carolina
With only 1% of precincts reporting, CNN is currently projecting McCain to win South Carolina, even though Obama is 11 percentage points ahead, and well, just 1% of precincts are reporting. They're also projecting Lindsey Graham to keep his seat over his Democratic challenger Bob Conley is shown to be 4 percentage points in the lead. Whatever. Screenshot.
Perhaps a few clicks closer to my side of reality, with 34% of Kentucky precincts reporting, Democratic senatorial challenger Bruce Lunsford is within reaching distance of incumbent Mitch McConnell - if Lundsford catches up as larger precincts report - along with a Franken win in Minnesota (Franken was ahead by 12 in early exit-polling - a shattering lead compared to the recent neck to neck polling) it would get Dems to the magic 60 in the Senate, save the possibility of a Republican upset in another state.
Getting ready to go watch results come in via TV with friends and celebrate with coworkers later. I believe I've been reloading results long enough to be confident the only surprise left can be larger than expected Democratic gains.
Later, Normie, always despised your pathetic smarm!
